Browsing through one of my favorite food blogs I stumbled upon this recipe. Tracey (from Tracey's Culinary Adventures) said this is still her husbands favorite cookie, even after years of baking. Sounded like reason enough for me to try it.
This cookie is nice and soft, with a very predominant chocolate flavor that balances nicely with the sweetness from the powdered sugar it's coated in. Plus, it was easy to make and stayed soft even after several days in a air proof container. Definitely a repeat.
