I have about a million tomatos. Seriously I have no idea what to do with them all. Yesterday I made salsa, this weekend I think I'll try to make tomato sauce that I can freeze or can. I hate for them to go to waste, so I photographed some in order to remember this problem in December when I'm desperate for a good tomato!

are you growing your own tomatoes? do you have a basil plant? Bruschetta pasta is my favorite summer dish - so easy. Diced tomatoes, chopped basil, garlic and pasta. yum yum yum!
Hi Toni, Just saw this. Yes, we are growing all that. I'll put a brushetta recipe on here - do you have a favorite recipe? If so send it ot me, otherwise I'll just make on up. :-)
